Felice is a flutist, arts administrator, educator and is also the Associate Dean of Visiting Faculty and Orchestra Manager at the New World Symphony in Miami Beach, FL. In today’s episode, we dive into the topic of how Felice got into arts administration and ways we as musicians can learn to cultivate a wonderful working environment.
